  Air Cleaners in our condos' AC units.

 -Our housekeepers Exclusive UVC-LED Wands

   direct since 2011.

- VRBO, Homeaway, Airbnb,TripAdvisor.

- None of them own any properties. 


- Never a $35 per day Marriott Resort Fee when 

  renting Owner-Direct.

- Always Free unlimited highest speed internet.

- Always Free (6) in-condo beach cooler pak 

  beach chairs-umbrella-cooler, few boogie boards, 

  beach toys-buckets shovels.

  Or rent Marriott 2 beach chairs-1 umbrella $30 daily.

- Full use of all Resort amenities and services.

- All 239 condos here are privately owned, not 

  owned by Marriott. We owners collectively pay for 

  the entire Resort operating costs.

  Marriott manages Resort on behalf of all  owners.

  is optional/extra charge.

- Our bedding includes water proof mattress pads,

  We also rent 1 or 2 months. All other Singer Island 

  condos have 3 or 6 month minimum, lengthy 

  background check and approval.

  Our 1-2 month rentals are very high demand 

  Jan-Feb-March.

  The Ocean-Facing Condos in our building, 

   in photo, are Residential, minimum 6 

   month-only rental.

  groups of 4 or more condos.

- Check In at Front Desk, 24 hours.

- Marriott has beach & pools towels daily.

- We do not do Marriott Rewards points, 

- We do not do Senior Citizen, Triple A or Military Discounts.

  -50% to reserve, 50% due 70 days prior to arrival.

  -100% if booking 69 days prior to arrival.

  -100% Xmas-New Year, Feb 13-20, March, April, 

    Memorial Day, June 15-Aug 12, Labor Day,

    Thanksgiving. 

  Monthly Rental: 

  -50% with lease, 50% 75 days prior.

  -50% with lease, 50% 90 days prior

    if renting January or February to 

    guarantee availability.

· Payment Method: 

  All Major Credit Cards, bank deposit/transfer.

  By Credit Card add 3.5% processing fee.

· Cancellation/Refund Policy: 

  -100% refund 70 days prior to arrival, 

  -75% refund if cancelled 69-50 days prior to arrival, 

  -50% refund if  cancelled 49 days prior to arrival. 

  -No refund if cancelled less than 48 days prior to arrival, 

   unless we rebook your cancelled dates. 

  -4% processing fee on refunds.

  100% refund if trip is cancelled by Tropical Storm 

  or Hurricane.

  No refund if your flight or trip is cancelled.

  We recommend you buy Travel Insurance.

 + Dining Table.

-Exclusive 44 feet Terrace + Dining Table:

-Marriott highest rate room, never discounted.

-We exclusively have the only (4) of the (7) 

 Largest-Exclusive 44 feet Terrace + Dining Table 

 Ocean View condos privately available 19th, 18th, 

 16th floors.

-Terrace + Dining Table is only on the South Side.

-Exclusive Terrace Condos.

 44 feet long with 4 chairs-1 chaise lounge-2 tables.

 All other condos are 13 ft balcony 2 chairs-1 table.

-Exclusive Dining Table for 4 + 3 kitchen stools.

 Only 15 condos have dining table, all other 

 3 kitchen stools. Only in south side condos.
