month-only rental.

· Cancellation/Refund Policy:
-100% refund 70 days prior to arrival,
-75% refund if cancelled 69-50 days prior to arrival,
-50% refund if cancelled 49 days prior to arrival.
-No refund if cancelled less than 48 days prior to arrival,
unless we rebook your cancelled dates.
-4% processing fee on refunds.
100% refund if trip is cancelled by Tropical Storm
or Hurricane.
