- Owner Rate Includes: Tax (11.5%), Unlimited Internet, Exit Cleaning

   Full use of Resort facilities&services, pool chairs& pool&beach towels.

   Free (5) in-Condo beach chairs+umbrella+cooler+boogie boards+

   small innertubes, water wings, buckets&shovels&sand sculpture toys.

   Optional additional cleaning 1bedroom:$50/visit, 2bedroom: $70/visit.

- Marriott charges $30/day for 2 beach chairs+1 umbrella.

- Marriott Charges $23 per day for Valet Parking.

- Our exclusive 5% Thrifty.com car rental discount # at

  Palm Beach International, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando airports.

- Payment/Cancellation/Refund Policy:

· Payment: 50% with reservation, 50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

  100% if booking 60 days prior to arrival: March, April, Xmas/New Year, 

  President’s Week, Easter/Passover, Memorial Day, July 4 Week, Labor Day,

 Thanksgiving.
· Payment Method: All major credit cards, bank deposit/transfer.
  By credit card add 2.2% V/MC, 3% AMEX.
· Cancellation/Refund Policy: 100% refund 45 days prior to arrival, 75%

  refund if cancelled 44-31 days prior to arrival, 50% refund if cancelled 30 days

  prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, unless

  we rebook your cancelled dates.No refund if your trip is cancelled by winter or

  tropical storms; we recommend buying Travel Insurance (on most Credit Card

  benefits).
