 The only condos at the Resort with 2017 New WiFi TV's*,

  Ultra 4K High Definition. You can YouTube Concerts, Net Flix, etc.

  Bose Sound System+DVD+phone/jack to play your music*.

 Teflon cookware*, pyrex glass cookware for convection oven, food-saver containers, knife block*.

-No Pets.

-All of our condos are non-smoking inside. Smoking on balcony is permitted.

-Computer desk station in master bedroom.

-All this Resort's condos are decorated the same and have marble kitchen & bath,

black granite counter tops, stainless appliances, euro cabinetry when new in 2007.

The differences are views, balcony size, interior elements like double vanity,

2 sliding glass doors.

-Bedroom closets have cherry wood built-ins.
