About Us


The Marriott Singer Island Resort & Spa is an All-Condominium Resort & Spa and  all 239 condominiums are privately owned. We are not the Marriott Oceana Palms or Ocean Pointe timeshares on Singer Island.

We started our Owner-Direct rentals in 2011.


     We simply pass the $130-$200 per night  savings along to our clients

We are owner-managed and live on Singer Island.

We privately rent our condos direct to the public.

We do not participate in Marriott's rental management program because

of their high % operating cost structure.


            You have complete use of the Resort&Spa facilities&services

We pay for all of the resort facilities in our Home Owner Fees:  restaurants, spa, pool/beach towels, bellman, front desk check-in, etc.

We have our own housekeeping service, included with departure,

and available for additional fee by request. Valet Parking is $24/day.

In the climate of a real estate meltdown and uncertainty, we deliver 100% peace of mind for your hard earned vacation. All of our owners condos are financially stable. We purchased Resort condos in 2010-2012 from bank foreclosures/default, and manage other owners' Resort condos.

I was one of five Resort Home Owner Association Board of Directors Feb '11-May '12 and managed foreclosures/defaulted owners in the property.


We provide you with a Marriott Reservation Confirmation # to verify before accepting payment.

Exercise caution, especially 1+ months in advance.

Generally property owners 2004-08 and renting "By Owner" are/may be in stages of default or foreclosure that could jeopardize your vacation, and you have no way of knowing. Owner's become restricted from renting, default/foreclosure/short sale levels will increase 2014-2017.
